• Course Completion Rate: To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 50-65% of the course modules. This ensures that students make a genuine effort to engage with the course material before deciding it's not right for them.
• Access & Usage: Refunds are only available for students who have not downloaded course materials (PDFs, audio files, etc.) for offline use. This policy is in place to prevent the misuse of our refund offer.
• Proof of Engagement: Applicants for refunds may be asked to provide feedback or complete a short survey regarding their experience. This information will be used to improve the course for future students.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Refunds will not be issued for purchases made over 7 days prior, regardless of course completion status.
